In addition to producing washers and spacers, Mr. Washerman, specializes in producing high quality metal stampings since 1966.
Our precision manufacturing process covers a complete range of sizes, styles and materials. The images here represent only a few examples of our existing tooling.
At Mr. Washerman, twelve presses are running full time, and range in size from 15 to 125 tons. Some are operated automatically and others are set up to be run free-hand. A complete line of accessory equipment includes shears, lathes, drill presses, and many more essential machine tools. The technical capabilities and know-how of skilled craftsmen make possible the meeting of military standards and specifications as well as individual customer specifications.
The 125 ton punch press is used for heavy metal stamping. It can also be operated automatically, using either compound, progressive, or multiple tooling. This press can punch cold-rolled steel up to approximately 3/8 inch thick.
