Mr. Washerman, has provided top-level service and quality stampings
since 1966. (Company was formely known as Del Smith Manufacturing).  Washers are our specialty,
we offer standard washers, special washers, fender washers, SAE washers,
shims, spacers, belleville washers, bushings, etc.
We can produce washers from
.100" up to 12" OD, and from 5/16" thick, all the way
down to .001" thin.
We work with virtually every
material available, from cardboard to tool steel, including all kinds
of exotics such as hastalloy or phenolic.
Secondary processes such as
zinc plating, heat-treating, grinding, tapping and a multitude of
other treatments are readily available.
We are a complete tool and
die shop as well, with internal design capabilities. We can handle
tooling project from simple blanking die to automated machinery integrated
in to the stamping processes.
We handle short and long runs.
